Job description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Admin Assistant to support the CEO with household-related tasks, family travel arrangements, and daily personal coordination. This role is not office-based and focuses on managing the CEO’s home operations and personal administrative management.
Job requirements
Household Coordination
Oversee day-to-day household activities and ensure smooth functioning.
Conduct routine checks of household cleanliness and maintenance (including supervising maid/cleaning schedules).
Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers as required.
Assist in managing household purchases, deliveries, and inventories.
Personal & Family Support
Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements for the CEO and family (tickets, hotels, itineraries, transportation).
Handle personal errands, shopping, and appointments.
Assist with family event coordination, bookings, and reservations.
Maintain personal documents, reminders, and schedules.
Administrative Tasks
Handle personal payments, bills, and basic record keeping.
Maintain organized files and documentation related to household and family needs.
Track and follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO for home or personal matters.
Coordinate logistics related to personal projects and activities.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Prior experience as a personal assistant, household coordinator, admin assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Comfortable working from the CEO’s residence as required.
Proficiency in handling travel arrangements and basic documentation.
Responsible, trustworthy, and proactive.
