Job description

We are looking for a smart, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to assist the CEO’s family with day-to-day personal coordination and household management tasks.

Job requirements

  • Managing personal calendars, appointments, and reminders

  • Planning family events, gatherings, celebrations, and outings

  • Handling reservations, travel bookings, stays, and itineraries

  • Coordinating with vendors, drivers, household staff, and service providers

  • Assisting with online purchases, bill payments, and miscellaneous personal tasks

  • Managing emails, schedules, and personal communications when required

  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer and internet skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently

  • Trustworthy, well-mannered, and detail-oriented

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant preferred
